Video gets more attention than photos on social media, but filming every listing is not realistic for most agents. Listing photo to video is the solution many agents in Dubai now use: the photos you already have are turned into a smooth, cinematic vertical video. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Choose the right photos

Pick 10 to 25 high-quality photos that tell the story of the home: exterior or building, entrance, living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony or view, and amenities. Wide, bright, well-composed photos give the best results.

Step 2: Enhance the photos

Before animating, the photos are corrected: colour and exposure balanced, verticals straightened, skies replaced where needed, and evening versions created with day-to-dusk edits. Empty rooms can be virtually staged and clearly labelled.

Step 3: Build the sequence

The photos are ordered like a walkthrough, from the arrival to the best feature, usually the view or the living space. A strong first shot matters because it is the hook that stops the scroll.

Step 4: Add AI motion

AI-powered camera motion adds slow push-ins, pans and parallax so each still feels like a moving shot. Used carefully, it looks natural and premium rather than gimmicky.

Step 5: Text, music and branding

Price, location, size and key features are added as clean on-screen text, with music, optional AI voiceover and captions, and the agent or agency branding and contact details at the end.

Step 6: Export for every platform

The main version is vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with a horizontal 16:9 version for YouTube and portals like Bayut and Property Finder if needed.
